What you rarely hear from your fitness coach
I was at Orange Fitness Theory, one of high intensity interval training gyms this morning. It was an endurance day composed of rowing 2k meters, high/low intensity running and weights. I tend to look at the monitor to compare my numbers- what’s my calorie burn and am I hitting orange zone more than others. Today, I forgot to bring my tracker.
